Wild Rose Mental Health is a private practice counseling center based out of Idaho Falls that currently provides telehealth counseling services (In-person appointments COMING SOON!). We offer services for ages 8 and older including treatment for, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and other co-occurring disorders.
