Wild Rose Mental Health is a private practice counseling center based out of Idaho Falls that provides in-person and telehealth counseling. We offer counseling services for ages 8 and older including treatment for, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorder, mood disorders, trauma, and other co-occurring disorders. Our approach to counseling includes a person-centered approach using a wide variety of evidence-based methods that is tailored for each individual. We believe therapy works best when there is a strong relationship built on trust, resiliency, respect, collaboration, and creativity! Our eclectic approach to counseling often takes on methods from a variety of counseling approaches and theories including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Biofeedback and trauma focused approaches, play therapy, Writing Exposure Therapy, Gottman Method and more!
